4. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Every person and organisation is different, and individual experiences and outcomes vary.
While The Gentle Path Inward™ aims to provide services professionally, thoughtfully and with appropriate care, no particular therapeutic, wellbeing, personal, professional or organisational outcome can be guaranteed.
Testimonials and examples appearing on the website reflect individual experiences and should not be interpreted as a promise that another person will experience the same results.
Nothing in this section limits rights or guarantees that apply under Australian Consumer Law.
5. Bookings and Appointments
Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed through the relevant booking process.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information and for attending appointments at the agreed time.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.
Individual appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice may generally be rescheduled without a cancellation fee.
Late cancellations and missed appointments may incur a fee or, for prepaid packages, may be treated as a used session.
Full details are provided in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Packages
Some services may be offered as multi-session packages.
Details including the number of sessions, price and any relevant package conditions will be provided when the package is purchased.
Sessions within a package are intended for the person who purchased or was nominated for the package and cannot ordinarily be transferred to another person unless agreed in advance.
Refunds or credits for unused package sessions are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.
7. Courses, Workshops and Events
Course, workshop and event details — including dates, delivery format, inclusions and pricing — will be provided on the relevant booking or information page.
You are responsible for ensuring that you are available to participate and have any technology reasonably required for online delivery.
Where recordings or course materials are provided, access arrangements may vary between programs and will be explained as part of the relevant offering.
The Gentle Path Inward™ may make reasonable changes to scheduling, delivery methods or program content where necessary. If a material change significantly affects your purchase, we will provide appropriate options having regard to the circumstances and applicable consumer rights.
8. Corporate Services
Corporate wellbeing programs, workshops and related services may be subject to a separate proposal, quotation or service agreement.
That document may specify matters such as:
- program scope and inclusions;
- pricing and payment arrangements;
- participant numbers;
- delivery format;
- venue and travel arrangements;
- cancellation or rescheduling terms; and
- responsibilities of each party.
Where there is an inconsistency between these website Terms and a separately agreed corporate service agreement, the specifically agreed terms will apply to that engagement, subject to applicable law.
9. Prices and Payment
Prices displayed on this website are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices, programs and offerings may change from time to time. Any change will not alter the price of a purchase already completed unless you agree to the change or the law otherwise permits it.
Payment may be processed through third-party payment providers.
You are responsible for ensuring that payment and billing information supplied is accurate.
10. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, transfers and rescheduling are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
